It’s been a big week for Kaskade. He debuted his own vocals on the Main Stage of Ultra Music Festival, covered for Calvin Harris, rekindled the love during Weekend Two, and (if that wasn’t enough) he’s now announcing a short tour right before his Summer Lovin’ residency at Marquee Vegas. Commemorating the 10-year anniversary of his debut album, It’s You. It’s Me, the tour will hit the clubs and venues that supported the Grammy-nominated producer in his rise to success.
So I thought in April, it would be cool to go out and play some of the original rooms that I used to play 10, 12 years ago. [I'll] do a tour [in] a select few cities and play some of these smaller rooms, play more intimate, a more deeper set for people who used to come out ages ago… Definitely no lazers, no LEDs. Pretty much the opposite of my last tour. Zero production. Me just on a plane and walking in with my little bag of music.”
Tour dates will be announced next week, but thanks to Kaskade’s “Lessons in Love,” we’ll extend a preemptive thanks to a producer who has given back to the fans and the freaks throughout the past decade. More details will follow as we receive new info.
